Cheeseheads: The Documentary

Wisconsin Cheese Mart in Milwaukee (just down the street from Usingers) is the kind of cheese shop that John Cleese would be more than welcomed to visit since they have nearly every kind of cheese he could possibly list off.  Not only that, most of the cheeses here are many of the Wisconsin originals made all over the state of Wisconsin (thus the name, I take it).  Check it out next time you are in Milwaukee as they offer great samples of many of the more unique cheeses.
