I am the winemaker/owner of Trout Springs Winery near Wayside, Wis. I was featured in the premier issue of Our Wisconsin. I led the 7-year charge for establishing the Wisconsin Ledge AVA, and have just recently learned that we were chosen Wisconsin Winery of the year. If you would like to learn more about the emerging wine industry in Wisconsin, please feel free to contact me.
