Usingers Sausages: Famous For A Reason
While some of these photos are from last fall when we visited Usingers Famous Sausages, we also had the cahnce to try some more of it this weekend when first arriving in Milwaukee and it’s pretty clear that they know what they are doing. My personal favorite was the smoked Canadian Bacon (had no idea that smoking Canadian Bacon was something anyone did). This stuff is fantastic so when in Milwaukee, you gotta try Usingers.
