West Allis Cheese In The Milwaukee Public Market

While we are on the topic of the Milwaukee Public Market (from yesterday’s post) it would be timely to mention the West Allis Cheese Shop inside the market.  They also have  two (or more) other shops in the Milwaukee area, but this was the only one we made it to on our last trip.  Lots of cheese, plenty of choice, and the people working there were so pleasant to talk to and knowledgable of the locel cheeses (that’s always what we are looking for), that it was a great pleasure visiting with them.  Again, the Public Market is a super cool place to visit when in Milwaukee.
