Classic Meets Modern At The Milwaukee Public Market

The Milwaukee Public Market is not what one might expect on first glance. Somewhat hidden under an overpass and series of bridges in downtown Milwaukee, you have to know where you are going to find it. Once inside, however, this seeming rustic place becomes a world of unique and interesting shops, stands, and a wine bar to boot. It feels like someone decided to takes a really old building and make it totally modern (though we have no idea if that is what they actuall did). It’s got pretty much everything one would imagine from a typical farmers market, but for the fact that it is indoors and a year-round place, which makes it that much better. Definately worth a stop whenever you are in Milwaukee.
