Door County in the upper penninsula North of Green Bay is one of the most visually arresting and surreal places throughout the entire state. Being that the entire county is surrounded by water, it is also heavy on the maritime elements that Wisconsin is (not so) well known for, including the Maratime Museum, and luxury yatch makers Palmer Johnson. And of course one cannot deny the stunning sunsets there (see final photo)…
