While watching The Profit with Marcus Lemonis about a cheese shop in New York City, my good friend Tyson, owner of Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha, came on screen, much to my delight. Turns out that Marcus also has deep Wisconsin roots as he graduated from Marquette University. Small world, and a wonderful one when things like that come together.
