Cheeseheads: The Documentary

A good media campaign proved quite successful for our Eau Claire screening at the Downtown Micon Cinema on January 9th 2016.  Turns out they also loved the film, which is a testament to good art and cinema, and to Eau Claire’s love of both.

We had a blast at the meet & greet handing out Ellsworth Cheese Curds, Nueske’s Meats snacks, Valkyrie Brewing Company’s amazing beers, Cheese Brothers smoked cheeses, Mustard Girl All American Mustard, and Travis Hasse Distilling Co, along with several local vendors including Volume One, Gordy’s Market, and Famous Dave’s.  We were also delighted to have Matt the Gordy’s Guru doing door prizes and trivia, along with Jay Moore In The Morning, who introduced me and the film.

Most importantly, thanks to Connie and Micon Cinemas for giving us a great venue, to my family and friends for jumping in and making things go smooth, and best of all to everyone in Eau Claire who decided to give this film an evening of their life.  I feel honored to be able to have shared this “Sold Out” evening with every single one of you.
